Fantastic, friendly, professional. From the moment you walk in the door until you leave.I injured my shoulder lifting an awkward object above my head & tore 3 tendons in my right shoulder. I was told by GP that it most probably required surgery, but he sent me to see the guys at 8th ave physio. The GP said that "these guys work wonders".....he was not wrong!I had a number of appointments with David & he managed get my shoulder close to pre injury strength, 95% pain free. Developed back pain which transfered to leg pain. Diagnosed and referred to physio at 8th Ave Physio in Palm Beach and was treated by Sam. Great advice with a variety of exercises which, over a number of weeks began to yield results. Attended a number of appointments over 4 months where cause and effect was analysed and exercise regime was modified to afford maximum benefit to a point where pain is now managed. Very good communication and follow up to ensure best results in the shortest possible time. Hoping I'll never go back but if problems return will no doubt seek treatment with Sam at this physio if symptoms return.

Highly recommended! I was having stabbing lower back pains due to incorrect stretching before my workouts, leading to injuries. The fisios not only helped me ease the pain through exercises, but also thought me how important it is to stretch correctly before exercising with dynamic stretching for muscle activation, and after it with static, more relaxing stretching.

I have never been to a Pysio before but needed some help with a tennis elbow. Sam Taylor was my Pysio for my arm and was fantastic. Sam explained what was going on with my arm and gave me very effective advice and exercises to remedy the situation. I went about 5 times over a 7 to 8 week period. I had been going to an Osteo with limited success when I was referred to 8th Avenue Physio by my GP. I had been suffering with chronic neck pain and also headaches. Kieran diagnosed my issues at the first consult and he told me I would feel significantly better in 8 weeks. It didn't take that long! I noticed straight away that Kieran's treatment was very different to any other I had had before. He also was interested in educating me how to manage my body myself so I wasn't reliant on treatments every month for the rest of my life. Nothing will get rid of my arthritis but I have noticed a significant decrease with my neck pain , a greater range of movement and also much less headaches than I had before. After seeing many other health professionals about my neck before discovering 8th Avenue Physio, I feel confident and relaxed that Kieran is available anytime I need him.

I recommend anyone who needs treatment from a physiotherapist to not waste time on looking further for one but instead immediately make a booking with Kieran at 8th Ave Physio.While gardening I shifted a large pot plant which I quickly realised was too heavy for me. My back seized up and I felt as though it had been sawn in half. The pain was 10 out of 10 in severity so my husband took me to a Physio for treatment. I was told it was 4 to 8 weeks before I would be free of pain and was given an exercise to do, however the pain continued. The Physio who treatment me was away two days later when I felt I wasn’t improving and needed help so it was suggested to me to try and book an appointment with Kieran at 8th Ave Physio.I arrived in severe pain, no way could I sit down as requested by the receptionist. Kieran was totally professional as he listened to my problem. He worked on me and discussed a routine to stretch and strengthen the area I had injured.Amazingly, to my husband and I, I was able to walk out of his clinic with just a tired back but totally free of pain. Physio for fixing my neck and shoulder, which I injured snowboarding.After years of seeing other Physio’s, Osteo’s and Massage therapists nothing worked long term and the pain would return.
